Caron is a highly skilled Executive Assistant with more than 20 years’ global experience supporting c-suite executives, and coordinating, planning and supporting managerial, operational and administrative functions.
While working in high-pressure environments in mining, renewable energy, media and more recently in executive search and Board consulting, Caron has managed community grants and performed event management, conference presentation and training roles domestically and internationally.
In her current role Caron supports Jennifer Grove (Partner), Geoff Curran (Practice Leader for NSW), Barry Bloch (Global Partner for Board and Executive Leadership) and provides ad-hoc support to the wider team as required.
Caron’s dedication, consistency, attention to detail and friendly demeanour position her well for corporate support roles, and she enjoys collaborating with others and the diverse and fast paced nature of supporting an international team. Caron thrives on the ever-changing priorities, dynamics, people and networks and variety of her role.
